現(xiàn)以用孔板測(cè)蒸汽流量為例進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。當(dāng)被測(cè)蒸汽流量的實(shí)際參數(shù)（溫度、壓力）與設(shè)計(jì)的參數(shù)不一致時(shí)，其流出的系數(shù)C、流束線脹系數(shù) ε、孔徑d等值都會(huì)改變。溫壓補(bǔ)償還有前提？
但當(dāng)蒸汽的溫度、壓力波動(dòng)不大，即工況參數(shù)偏離設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)不太多，對(duì)測(cè)量影響較小時(shí)，采用穩(wěn)壓補(bǔ)償措施才能達(dá)到理想的測(cè)量精度。其補(bǔ)償公式大多為經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式，但當(dāng)工況參數(shù)偏離設(shè)計(jì)值太多或工況參數(shù)波動(dòng)頻繁且太大時(shí)，即使有了穩(wěn)壓補(bǔ)償措施，仍難達(dá)到測(cè)量精度要求，此時(shí)對(duì)于特定的孔板而言，只能重新計(jì)算差壓與流量之間的關(guān)系。溫壓補(bǔ)償還有前提？
但目前已可引入較完善的補(bǔ)償、修正措施了，即通過(guò)智能儀表或DCS對(duì)流出系數(shù)C、流束線脹系數(shù) ε、密度ρ進(jìn)行**修正，但其測(cè)量精度取決于算法。要做到全補(bǔ)償還是有一定的難度的。
